As the US-backed Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip entered day 180 on Wednesday, aerial and artillery strikes continued to pound and target different areas, and massacre more civilians, mostly children and women.
A reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said that the Israeli occupation army continued to attack different areas of Gaza, killing and injuring scores of citizens, despite the recent UN Security Council resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire for the holy month of Ramadan.
According to media sources, casualties were reported near the Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis after the Israeli army bombed a group of citizens.
Four wounded citizens, including a child with a serious injury, were evacuated to the European Gaza Hospital after an Israeli army quadcopter opened fire at tents sheltering displaced families in al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Yunis.
In central Gaza, three civilians were martyred and others were injured when an Israeli artillery attack targeted them in the southeast of Deir al-Balah.
Other casualties were reported in different areas of Gaza following Israeli aerial, artillery and shooting attacks last night and today.
