Thousands of protesters took to the streets on Friday in the Manhattan borough of New York City to protest the bloody Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, resulting, later on the day, in many arrests.
Eyewitnesses reported that the police clashed with demonstrators who demanded an end to the Israeli war on Gaza and an end to the US aid to Israel.
The protestors raised banners dubbing US President Joe Biden as a criminal and branding him “Genocide Joe”.
Despite the escalation of pro-Gaza protests in New York and most American cities, the top media outlets in the city, including New York Times and Wall Street Journal, tried to cover up the event in a striking manner.
