Photojournalist, Mustafa Ayyad, died on Monday of serious injuries he sustained in Israeli airstrikes on Street 8 in Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, south of Gaza City.
The martyrdom of the photojournalist Ayyad was announced this morning after he succumbed to his wounds. He was injured after being targeted by an Israeli reconnaissance plane before transferring him to the Baptist Hospital where it was confirmed that he had injuries in the brain, heart, and liver.
The martyrdom of photojournalist Ayyad has brought the number of journalist martyrs who have been killed in Gaza since October 7, 2023, by Israeli gunfire and airstrikes to 142 martyrs.
