Israel’s Central Court in occupied Jerusalem sentenced on Tuesday evening two Palestinian youths to prison-terms.
Head of the Committee of Jerusalemite Prisoners’ Families Amjad Abu Asab said the panel of adjudicators ruled that 22-year-old Ahmad al-Kak be jailed for four years and half.
The court also slapped a prison sentence of three years and half against Muhammad al-A’war aged 20.
Prisoner al-Kak was kidnapped by the Israeli military on December 27 2017. Al-A’war was kidnapped one day earlier. Both were kidnapped from their family homes in Jerusalem’s Silwan town.
They are currently held in the Rimon desert jail.
