Senior Hamas official Mousa Abu Marzouk has affirmed that Moscow expressed readiness to host a meeting for the secretaries-general of the Palestinian factions to contribute to achieving the Palestinian unity and political partnership.
“During our visit to Russia Mikhail Bogdanov president Putin’s envoy to the Middle East expressed Moscow’s willingness to host a meeting of the secretaries-general of the Palestinian factions” Abu Marzouk said in Twitter remarks.
A high-level delegation from the Hamas Movement last Thursday arrived in Moscow and held important meetings with Bogdanov and other Russian officials during the visit which lasted for several days.
