Senior Hamas official Sami Abu Zuhri arrived Friday evening in the Mauritanian capital Nouakchott on an official trip to meet with local officials and political and public figures.
Informed sources said that Abu Zuhri’s visit to the country is intended to convey on behalf of the Palestinian people and their resistance their sincere appreciation to the Mauritanian leaders politicians and people for their stated positions in support of the Palestinian people and their just cause
Abu Zuhri is scheduled to hold meetings with politicians and noted national figures to thank them for the positions they have voiced in support of the Palestinian people and the efforts they made to strengthen their steadfastness in the face of the Israeli aggression.
