Member of Hamas’s political bureau Husam Badran has hailed the shooting attack in Nablus as “heroic and daring” and “a slap in the face of the Israeli occupation and all defeatists.”
“The operation is a natural response to the occupation’s crimes against the Palestinian people their holy sites and their historical right to Jerusalem the eternal capital of Palestine” Badran stated in a press release on Tuesday.
The Hamas official also considered the operation “a response to US president Donald Trump’s recognition of Occupied Jerusalem as Israel’s capital” stressing that the Palestinian people would never forsake their land regardless of the size of Israel’s terrorism.
