Helium balloons affixed with flaming materials released by Palestinians from the Gaza Strip into Israeli occupied lands ignited seven separate fires according to Israeli newspapers.
Firefighters were able to put the fires out but a wheat field situated between Kfar Aza and Kibbutz Mefalsim which caught fire sustained widespread damage worth tens of thousands of shekels the Jerusalem Post news website claimed.
