Thousands of Palestinians in 1948 Occupied Palestine on Friday took to the streets in demonstrations that kicked off in protest at the US President Donald Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as capital of Israel and to move the US Embassy to the occupied city.
A central demonstration kicked off in Sakhnin city under the theme “Jerusalem is the Capital of Palestine” with a large-scale participation of different political powers in the Negev the coastal areas and Galilee.
The event was concluded by speeches delivered at the municipality courtyard.
Nazareth city the biggest of Arab cities in the northern 1948 Occupied Palestine witnessed a large demonstration where Palestinians carried banners condemning the US decision and chanted anti-occupation and anti-America slogans.
Other events including protest demonstrations and marches are slated to be held on Saturday in the Palestinian cities and towns in 1948 Occupied Palestine including a protest in Jaffa city.
