Dozens of Palestinians were injured on Wednesday when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) attacked massive protests in different areas in the West Bank against the “deal of the century”.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said that at least 41 Palestinian citizens were injured by IOF live ammunition rubber-coated metal bullets and tear gas grenades.
Hundreds of Palestinians took to the streets in Ramallah al-Bireh Tulkarem al-Khalil and Jordan Valley to protest the “peace plan” announced by the US president Donald Trump on Tuesday which is also known as the “deal of the century”.
School and university students took part in the demonstrations waved Palestine flags and raised banners condemning the suspicious deal.
On Tuesday Trump in a press conference in Washington officially announced his “peace plan” for the Palestinian-Israeli conflict in the presence of the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The deal has been rejected by the Palestinian people and all Palestinian political parties who believe that it is aimed at liquidating the Palestinian cause.
