Dozens of Jewish settlers stormed the al-Aqsa Mosque in Occupied Jerusalem on Tuesday morning under heavy police protection.

According to the Islamic Endowments Authority the settlers forced their way into the Mosque in different groups through its Maghariba Gate and toured its courtyards.

During their tours at the Islamic holy site the settlers received lectures from rabbis about the alleged temple mount and a number of them provocatively performed Talmudic prayers.

Meanwhile the Israeli police imposed movement restrictions on Muslim worshipers at the al-Aqsa Mosque’s entrances and gates.

The al-Aqsa Mosque is exposed to daily desecration by Jewish settlers and police forces in the morning and the afternoon except on Fridays and Saturdays.

The Israeli police close al-Maghariba Gate which is used by Jews to enter the Mosque at 10:30 am after the settlers complete their morning tours at the holy site. Later in the afternoon the same gate is reopened for evening tours by settlers.

During the presence of settlers inside the Mosque compound entry restrictions are imposed on Muslim worshipers at the entrances leading to the Mosque and their IDs could be seized until they leave the holy place.

Hordes of Israeli settlers on Tuesday morning broke into al-Aqsa Mosque in Occupied Jerusalem under tight police guard.

Local sources reported that 27 extremist settlers entered al-Aqsa Mosque through al-Maghareba Gate roamed the site and performed Talmudic rituals while accompanied by a large police force.

Meanwhile tight restrictions were imposed on the Palestinian worshipers entering the mosque.

A few days ago the Israeli police decided to close some of al-Aqsa Mosque’s gates until further notice as “a protective measure against the coronavirus outbreak”.

However the decision did not include the gates used by Israeli settlers for their daily break-ins into the mosque.

Over 80 Israeli settlers on Wednesday morning defiled al-Aqsa Mosque in Occupied Jerusalem under tight police guard.

Local sources said that nearly 80 Israeli settlers broke into al-Aqsa Mosque through al-Maghareba Gate and carried out provocative tours inside the compound.

Meanwhile tight restrictions were imposed on Palestinian worshipers and many of them were prevented from entering the site.

Hordes of Israeli settlers on Sunday morning broke into al-Aqsa Mosque in Occupied Jerusalem under police guard.

Eyewitnesses said that over 40 Jewish settlers stormed al-Aqsa Mosque roamed its courtyards and performed Talmudic rituals.

Meanwhile the Israeli police forces arrested Ahmad Abu Alia one of al-Aqsa Mosque’s guards and transferred him to a nearby detention center.
