The Egyptian delegation of intelligence services on Tuesday evening paid a congratulations visit to Major General Tewfik Abu Naim for surviving an assassination attempt by blowing up his car last Friday.
According to Interior Ministry’s website the Egyptian delegation included Generals Hammam Abu-Zeid and Khaled Sami who checked on Abu Naim and wished him speedy recovery.
Major General Abu Naim for his part thanked the Egyptian officials for the visit and hailed the role of Egypt in achieving the Palestinian reconciliation.
