The Israeli occupation army said an explosive device detonated on Thursday night near the illegal settlement of Mevo Dothan which was built on lands annexed from the towns of Arraba and Ya’bad in Jenin north of the West Bank.
Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper stated on its website that a homemade bomb exploded outside the settlement without causing material damage or injuries.
Consequently the Israeli army dispatched troops to cordon off and comb the area and to launch raids on nearby Palestinian towns.
