Two Palestinians were injured on Saturday evening after they were attacked by Israeli settlers in al-Sawiya village south of Nablus.
Murad Abu Ras head of al-Sawiya’s village council said that a group of Israeli settlers brutally assaulted Abed al-Jawad Khalil and his son Nizar with batons and stones.
Abu Ras said that Abed al-Jawad and his son were transferred to a local hospital for treatment.
The father’s injury was described as “serious” he added.
The father and his son were attacked by Jewish settlers from Rahalim settlement while they were working in their farmland in al-Sawiya village.
