The Israeli occupation police on Saturday released four Jerusalemite young men and handed them orders placing them under house arrest for five days.
The four young men mostly under age 18 were arrested and physically assaulted by police officers after they left the Aqsa Mosque on Friday with no known reason.
The young men were identified as Jihad al-Shalabi 19 Khaled al-Shalabi 17 Mansour Attawil 17 and Qusay Abu Khudair 17.
In a separate incident the Israeli police on the same day summoned anew a Jerusalemite citizen called Ahmed Ghazalah 53 for interrogation at the Qishla detention center.
Police forces raided the house of Ghazalah several times recently.
Meanwhile another four Jerusalemite young men were banned on Friday by the police from entering the Aqsa Mosque for one week.
The Israeli police systematically target the Palestinians who protest Jewish settlers’ break-ins at the Aqsa Mosque or publically express solidarity with the Islamic holy site.
