Hundreds of Palestinians on Saturday afternoon marched in the funeral of a 16-year-old boy who was shot dead by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip on Friday.
The funeral set off from the European Hospital toward the martyr’s family home before he was buried in a cemetery in Khan Younis City.
The marchers chanted slogans condemning the Israeli crimes and supporting the Palestinian resistance.
On Friday evening an IOF sniper shot and killed Fahd al-Astal 16 while he was marching near Gaza border on the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.
