Dozens of Palestinians marched Saturday afternoon in the funeral of a 26-year-old Palestinian who was shot dead on Friday by Israeli forces during clashes east of al-Bureij refugee camp in the besieged Gaza Strip.
The funeral procession for the slain Palestinian Mohammed Sa’eed Abu Saada started in front of his home in al-Nusairat in the central Gaza Strip where his mourning family and friends bade him farewell.
His body was then buried at al-Nusairat’s cemetery.
Earlier Friday the health ministry spokesman in Gaza said that Abu Saada was killed when Israeli forces opened fire at Palestinian protesters.
Two other young men were also injured in the same area by IOF shooting meant to disperse the weekly youth protest against Israeli violations in Occupied Jerusalem and the West Bank.
