Muhammad Hamadeh the spokesman of Hamas for Occupied Jerusalem called on the Palestinian masses to intensify their presence at the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The Israeli repeated attacks on the Al-Aqsa Mosque are dangerous Hamadeh said in a press statement on Thursday adding that the Israeli plans against the holy site must be foiled.
“Israeli violations in Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque have gone beyond all limits” Hamadeh underlined stressing that the Palestinian resistance and youths are willing and ready to confront the Israeli plans aiming at the desecration of the holy site.
Earlier on Tuesday Jerusalemite researchers revealed new details about the Israeli occupation authority’s plan to deduct part of the Al-Aqsa Mosque for the Jewish settlers and prevent Muslims from reaching it.
For his part the head of the Al-Aqsa Academy for Endowment and Heritage Sheikh Najeh Bakirat warned that any plan to deduct part of the Al-Aqsa Mosque for Jewish settlers would mean the demise of the occupation state.
Sheikh Bakirat called for taking such plots seriously adding that the occupation state would not waste any opportunity to divide the Mosque spatially between Muslims and Jews.
