Hamas on Monday dubbed recent statements by the Palestinian Authority (PA) Prime Minister Rami al-Hamdallah signs of “dishonesty” and “misinformation.”
Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum said Hamdallah’s “irresponsible” statements indicate that it is high time his government stepped down and a government of national salvation got formed so as to make national unity see the day.
Earlier in the day al-Hamdallah claimed the government budget for 2018 includes funds to be allotted to Gaza’s southern provinces adding that his government is leaving no stone unturned to serve the Gaza enclave despite the fact that Hamas still has power over the enclave’s revenues.
