Hamas Movement said that the US Vice President Mike Pence’s visit to the region is unwelcome and unjustified especially after the US President Donald Trump’s recognition of Occupied Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
In a press statement on Saturday the spokesman of the Movement Fawzi Barhoum called for confronting the Israeli-American plans that target the Palestinian people and their rights and constants.
Barhoum called on Palestinians and pro-Palestine masses all over the world to always refuse such serious schemes.
Pence started on Saturday a visit to Egypt Israel and Jordan. However the Palestinian Authority announced boycotting the visit in protest at Trump’s Jerusalem decision.
