The Hamas Movement has described US secretary of state Mike Pompeo’s intent to visit Israel’s illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank and the Golan Heights as “an American act of aggression against the rights of the Palestinian people and the Arab nation.”
“This visit reflects the US administration’s persistence in executing the deal of the century during the remaining days of its presence in the White House” Hamas spokesman Hazem Qasem said in press remarks on Friday.
“Such American attitude towards our people’s national rights reveals the method of rampageousness and bullying which is used by Pompeo and the Trump administration” spokesman Qasem added.
