A high-level delegation from the Hamas Movement arrived last night in the Russian capital Moscow to hold talks with senior officials from the foreign ministry especially with regard to the situation in Occupied Jerusalem.
The delegation led by deputy head of the Movement’s foreign political bureau Mousa Abu Marzouk intends to discuss with the Russian officials the latest developments in the Palestinian arena and the bilateral relations between Hamas and Russia according to an informed source from the Movement.
The Hamas delegation’s visit to Moscow has taken place as the Russian-Israeli relations are witnessing a noticeable tension due to the war in Ukraine.
Last December a similar visit to Moscow was made by top Hamas figures who discussed different issues of mutual interest with senior officials.
