Hamas Movement mourned in a statement issued Friday the death of Palestinian figure Dr. Muhammad Mahmoud Seyiam who passed away today morning in Sudan.
Dr. Muhammad Seyiam is a Palestinian scholar and an Arab writer who devoted his life to serving Palestine and the Palestinian cause. He also had occupied the role of Al-Aqsa Preacher and the President of the Islamic University of Gaza the statement reads.
Hamas expressed its sincerest condolences to Seyiam’s family and all Arab and Muslim nations along with the free people of the world.
