The Hamas Movement has applauded the Palestinian people’s daily demonstrations and protests against Israel’s settlement activity in the West Bank and Jerusalem affirming that their ongoing popular struggle against the occupation would foil its settlement expansion plots and projects.
In press remarks on Saturday Hamas spokesman Abdul-Latif al-Qanu said that the popular rallies against the occupation in the West Bank and Jerusalem reflect the Palestinian people’s valor and strong will and the permanence of their uprising.
Spokesman Qanu paid tribute to the Palestinians in the occupied territories for standing courageously in the face of the occupation and its settlement plans urging them to continue their daily clashes with its forces in all flashpoint areas.
Dozens of Palestinian young men on Friday suffered injuries during clashes with the Israeli occupation forces in different areas of the West Bank and Jerusalem.
