Hamas Movement mourned the Palestinian youth Ayed Jomaa who was shot dead Friday when Israeli occupation forces (IOF) targeted anti-siege demonstrations on several border areas east of the Gaza Strip.
The spokesman for the Movement Hazem Qassem hailed in a statement on Saturday the Palestinian people’s steadfastness in the face of Israeli crimes.
He also called for a national strategy based on resistance option which would be able to confront Israel and to break its siege on Gaza.
Earlier Friday IOF soldiers opened heavy fire at Palestinian youths who gathered along the border areas in protest against Israeli continued siege on the Strip.
The spokesman for the Health Ministry affirmed the killing of Jomaa and the injury of nine other young men in the IOF shooting.
