The Hamas Movement has expressed condolences to Iran over the victims of flash floods that hit the country’s southern region on Friday killing several people.
In a statement on Sunday Hamas expressed its solidarity with Iran in this ordeal and its deep sympathy with the bereaved families asking Allah Almighty to bestow his mercy upon the victims and help all the missing citizens return safely to their families.
Flash floods in Iran’s southern Fars province have killed at least 21 people state television said Saturday.
Iranian rescue teams were able to save 55 people who were trapped by the flash flooding but at least six people were still missing.
