Hamas Movement revealed that its political bureau has received an Egyptian invitation to join a national dialogue in Cairo.
Head of Hamas’s political bureau Ismail Haneyya received an Egyptian invitation to participate in the national dialogue to be held this month in Cairo the Movement’s statement said.
Haneyya welcomed the invitation saying that a high-ranking delegation representing the group’s leadership will head to Cairo in support of the reconciliation efforts.
Last month Palestinian movements Hamas and Fatah signed a reconciliation deal in the Egyptian capital Cairo as part of an effort to end a decade-long rift.
