Lawyer of the Palestinian detainee in the Palestinian Authority (PA) prisons Suha Jbara Muhannad Karaja on Friday said that Jbara’s health condition is worsening.
Karaja said in a Facebook post that Jbara who is currently held at Jericho Hospital is set to be transferred to al-Najah Hospital in Nablus due to the serious deterioration in her health.
Badran Jbara Suha’s father told the PIC that his daughter is suffering from internal bleeding and her life is at stake.
A mother of three Jbara who has an American and Panamanian citizenship had been on hunger strike for over 20 days and suspended it on condition of having a fair trial.
The PA security forces arrested Jbara 31 on 3 November during a violent raid on her home in Ramallah on charges of collecting money in illegal ways to support the families of Palestinian martyrs and prisoners.
