Dozens of Jewish settlers attacked Palestinian vehicles near Lubban al-Sharqiya village in Nablus on Thursday night under the protection of Israeli occupation forces (IOF).
The settlers coming from two nearby settlements threw rocks at passing Palestinian cars on the main road linking Nablus to Ramallah. They also tried to attack Palestinian homes at the outskirts of the village.
Palestinian youths burnt car tires at the outskirts of the village to ward off the settlers’ attack.
Jewish settlers have recently escalated attacks on Palestinian citizens and their property in various areas in the West Bank under IOF protection.
