The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) has given the family of Sabbagh (composed of five families) until November 24 to evacuate their homes in Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in east Jerusalem in order to replace them with Jewish settlers.
According to the National Coalition for Defending Palestinian Rights in Jerusalem an Israeli court decided to activate a previous evacuation decision against the family of Sabbagh (five families of 32 individuals including five children) which was frozen in late January 2019.
The court also ordered the family to pay 7000 shekels to the lawyer of the other side (the settlers).
The Coalition said that the court rejected the request filed by the family and heirs to freeze the previous evacuation verdict.
