Israeli occupation authorities (IOA) on Sunday decided to re-detain Palestinian prisoner Ahmad Alawneh 23 only hours before his scheduled release from Israeli jails.
Palestinian Prisoner Society said in a statement that Alawneh a resident of Jaba’ town in Jenin spent nine months in Israeli jails.
It added that the IOA arrested Alawneh on 1st January and he is currently held in Gilboa prison.
