RAMALLAH (PIC)– The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) prevented 503 Palestinians from passing through the Karama border crossing since the start of 2016 police said Sunday.
The Palestinian police in Ramallah said in a statement that the IOF banned 503 Palestinians from traveling through the Karama crossing under the security pretext.
365000 passengers passed through the Karama crossing in January with a 15% increase from last year.
According to the statement in 2015 the Israeli occupation authorities denied 2007 Palestinian passengers access out of the same crossing.
