Israeli occupation forces (IOF) targeted shepherds and farmers in eastern central governorate of Gaza Strip with machine-gun fire and tear gas canisters on Thursday.
According to local sources IOF soldiers stationed at the watchtowers overlooking central Gaza Strip fired live rounds and tear gas canisters towards Palestinian shepherds and farmers east of Deir al-Balah the Burij and Maghazi refugee camps and forced them to leave their lands.
On a daily basis the IOF targets farmers and shepherds along the eastern and northern border areas of the besieged enclave.
