The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Sunday morning displaced an impoverished Palestinian family after confiscating its tent in Masafer Yatta south of al-Khalil.
Local official Fouad al-Amour said that the IOF stormed al-Rakeez area in Masafer Yatta (a cluster of Palestinian hamlets) removed the tent of Murad Hamamda and confiscated it.
Amour added that the IOF justified the measure by claiming that the tent had been deployed in the area with no permit.
Nine members of the Hamamda family including women and children were living in that tent after the IOF demolished their house in late September.
