A 17-year-old Palestinian was proclaimed dead of fatal injuries he sustained in Medea town west of Ramallah during an Israeli military raid on Thursday evening.
The Palestinian health ministry said 17-year-old Auda Muhammad Auda was shot in the chest by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) near the separation barrier west of Ramallah.
The victim was immediately taken to hospital in very critical condition where he was proclaimed dead.
Local sources said that the teen was playing along with his friends near the separation barrier before being directly targeted by IOF gunfire.
Over the past 24 hours four Palestinians including a woman were shot and killed by IOF gunfire.
Since the start of the year 62 Palestinians were killed by the IOF including women and children.
