A 47-year-old woman was shot and killed by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in the village of Hosan west of Bethlehem at noon Sunday.
According to eyewitnesses IOF soldiers fired at the unidentified Palestinian woman while walking down the street.
The woman was injured and taken in a private vehicle to Beit Jala hospital for treatment. However the Palestinian ministry of health said that the woman Ghada Ibrahim Sabatin had lost a lot of blood and succumbed to her serious injury in the thigh soon after her arrival to the hospital.
