IOF storm Jenin arrest PFLP official in Bethlehem

Monday 4-December-2006

Jenin – IOF troops at dawn Monday stormed the West Bank city of Jenin and its refugee camp at the pretext of searching for wanted resistance activists but no arrests were made.

Israeli spy planes are still hovering over the city after arresting two young men at an IOF roadblock near Yabad village Jenin district who were reportedly planning a human bombing attack in Israel.

In Bethlehem a special IOF unit on Monday kidnapped Mahmoud Fanon 60 one of the PFLP political leaders in his home.

PFLP sources recalled that its politburo member had spent long years in Israeli jails and was wanted for the IOF troops for the past few years.

Meanwhile in the Gaza Strip the AMB armed wing of Fatah and the national resistance brigades armed wing of the DFLP declared joint responsibility for firing two homemade missiles at the Israeli settlement of Kfar Azza in the western Negev.

They said that the “upgraded” rockets were fired in retaliation to the IOF continued violation of the truce reached between the Palestinian resistance factions and the IOF troops over eight days ago.
