The Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday removed a tent set up sometime earlier to celebrate the release of a Palestinian detainee in Anata town northeast of Occupied Jerusalem.
Palestinian woman Fathiya Namer Abdul Jawad said dozens of Israeli soldiers cordoned off her home in Anata and ordered the family to remove the newly-pitched tent.
Ex-detainee Adel al-Saray’a was released on Monday from the Israeli Ofer lock-up where he had been incarcerated for one year and a half over stone-throwing charges.
