The Israeli Occupation Authorities declared intention toclose Karem Abu Salem crossing on Sunday and Monday under the pretext of Jewishholidays.
Director of the Palestinian side of the crossing MunirGhalban affirmed to the PIC reporter that Karem Abu Salem commercial crossingwould be partially closed on Sunday and completely closed on Monday.
Abu Salem border crossing Gaza’s sole commercial crossingis expected to be closed for 15 days in October due to the Jewish holidays.
Karem Abu Salem is the only commercial crossing used for theentry of goods aid and fuel into the besieged enclave.
