Israeli jets have bombed at dawn Friday a weapons depot nearthe Damascus international airport in Damascus Syrian media reported.
According to media reports Israeli planes outside of Syrianairspace fired at least one missile to the southwest of Damascus InternationalAirport early Friday.
“An area near the Damascus international airport wasattacked by a hostile missile” the sources said.
Images showing a fire burning in the early hours of Fridaywere shared on social media.
No initial casualties were reported during the attack.
Neither Syrian nor Israeli officials have commented on theincident.
