The Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday evening cracked down on Palestinian civilians in the northern West Bank province of Jenin.
According to local sources Israeli soldiers intensified their presence around Jenin’s southern town of Yabad and sealed off the area with military checkpoints blocking Palestinians’ free movement.
Palestinian civilians have also been denied access out of and into Kfirt town after the occupation forces set up another makeshift checkpoint.
Israeli army troops have also been deployed in Nazareth Street east of Jenin and pitched a checkpoint on the main road to eastern Jenin.
