The Israeli occupation army on Tuesday notified Palestinian citizens of its intent to demolish their homes in the hamlets of Tuwani al-Rakiz and Sarurah in the east of Yatta town south of al-Khalil.
Local official Fuaad al-Ammour said that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the hamlets of Tuwani al-Rakiz and Sarurah in the east of Yatta and put up demolition notices on walls of several homes.
Ammour added that the demolition ultimatums were against a number of crude homes made of bricks and tin sheets and one small health facility.
Earlier this month owners of 14 homes in the same area received military demolition notices as part of a large-scale Israeli plan to displace the local residents in order to make room for more settlement expansion projects.
