The Israeli authorities have displaced a Palestinian family in al-Watan village in the Negev after forcing it to demolish its own house.
Saleh Abu Asa the homeowner his wife and six children became homeless after the Israeli development authority in the Negev — which is responsible for demolition campaigns — pressured the family to demolish the house.
According to Arab48 website the Israeli authority in the Negev recently threatened Abu Asa to make him incur demolition expenses if he did not raze the house with his own hands.
Last Thursday the Israeli authorities in the Negev demolished al-Araqib village for the 184th consecutive time as well as two homes in the villages of Zarnuq and Tal Arad.
