Israeli courts sentenced eight Palestinian detainees for prison terms of up to 26 months and bails of over 2000 shekels each.
According to a Sunday report by the Palestinian Prisoners Society Israel’s Ofer military court sentenced prisoner Saber al-Abiyat to 26 months and 4000 shekels.
Wael Id’is was also sentenced to 24 months and a bail of 4000 shekels.
Kusay Sbeih received a sentence of 15 months and a fine of 2000 shekels; Amrou Kawar was sentenced to 11 months and a bail of 3000 shekels.
The Israeli court also ruled that Sherif Teim be sentenced to ten months and pay a fine of 2000 shekels and that Mohamed No’man Jibreen be sentenced to seven months and pay 2000 shekels.
At the same time the Salem military court ordered that Hasan Sabri be jailed for nine months and a bail of 2000 shekels. Hudheifa Abu Beshara was sentenced to ten months and a fine of 3000 shekels.
