The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) last night opened machinegun fire at border areas in the besieged Gaza Strip.
According to local sources Israeli soldiers intensively opened fire from watchtowers towards the garbage dump in the east of Deir al-Balah City in central Gaza.
Other soldiers stationed in the east of Khan Yunis (southern Gaza) opened fire towards al-Wadi area to the east of al-Qarara town.
Under an inhumane siege the Israeli army keeps attacking — sometimes injuring or killing — civilians farmers and fishermen almost on a daily basis in violation of ceasefire understandings with the Palestinian resistance in Gaza.
