The Israeli occupation police on Sunday prohibited six Jerusalemite women from entering the Aqsa Mosque for several days.
According to local sources the Israeli police released six Palestinian women including a little girl after they were forced to sign orders banning their entry to the Mosque for 15 days.
The women are Su’aad Obaidiya Safa Imam Raniya Ghazzawi Ibtisam at-Tawil and Zainab Tarwa with her daughter Dunia.
Another woman called Jihad al-Razem was released and ordered to stand trial on Monday at the magistrate court after she refused to sign a similar order banning her entry to the holy site.
The Israeli police accused the women of disrupting public order and staying at the Mosque’s al-Rahma Gate although nothing happened in the area.
