The Israeli police on Monday ordered a Palestinian woman from Occupied Jerusalem not to enter the Aqsa Mosque for two weeks.
Lawyer Ramzi Ketailat said that Raeda Sa’ied was arrested on Monday afternoon at one of the Mosque’s gates and taken to al-Qishla police station in west Jerusalem.
Ketailat added that the detainee was interrogated for several hours before releasing her on condition of staying away from the Aqsa Mosque for 15 days.
The police accused Sa’ied of behaving in a way that could spark riots according to the lawyer.
In a separate incident the Israeli police arrested 21-year-old Yazan Attahhan and 17-year-old Safeer Attahan from Ras al-Amud neighborhood in Silwan district east Jerusalem.
The police also summoned two other young men identified as Shadi al-Awar 20 and Mohamed al-Awar 15 for interrogation in al-Muskubiya detention center in west Jerusalem.
Earlier an Israeli police patrol was attacked with empty bottles in Silwan district.
