Israeli police slap Aqsa entry ban on Jerusalemite activist

Thursday 2-September-2021

The Israeli occupation police on Wednesday handed a Jerusalemite activist an order banning his entry to the Aqsa Mosque for several months.

According to local sources Jamil al-Abbasi an ex-detainee from Jerusalem received an arbitrary written decision prohibiting him from entering the Mosque for six months.

A few days ago Abbasi had received an order banishing him from the Islamic holy site for one week.

Abbas is one of many Jerusalemite citizens whose medical insurance has been revoked because of their pro-Aqsa positions and activities.

Because of their supportive positions on Jerusalem and the Aqsa Mosque the Israeli police systematically persecute Jerusalemite activists.

Israeli police slap Aqsa entry ban on Jerusalemite activist

Friday 9-October-2020

The Israeli occupation police on Thursday issued a decision banning Jerusalemite activist Aida as-Sidawi a resident of the Old City of Jerusalem from entering the Aqsa Mosque for several months.

According to local sources the police decision ordered Sidawi to stay away from the Aqsa Mosque and its vicinity for five months.

Sidawi had been exposed to detention and banishment from Aqsa several times before but such arbitrary measures did not dissuade her from defending the Islamic holy site.

The Israeli police recently escalated their arrest and banishment campaigns against Aqsa employees and Jerusalemite activists figures and citizens.
