Israeli prison guards on Monday morning stormed section 3 in Ashkelon jail and assaulted Palestinian detainees according to the Palestinian Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission.
The commission said in a statement that Israeli prison guards violently raided section 3 in Ashkelon jail where 30 Palestinian detainees are being held.
It added that the Israeli guards forced the Palestinian detainees out of their rooms and assaulted them.
The raid lasted for a few hours during which the Israeli guards wreaked havoc on the prisoners’ belongings.
