Israeli occupation forces (IOF) burned a Palestinian farm in Sebastia northwest of Nablus during a raid into the town at dawn Saturday.
Sebastia’s mayor Mohammed Azem said that the farm was burned when the IOF stormed the town amid heavy firing of live ammunition and teargas canisters.
Azem added that violent clashes broke out in the area during which dozens of Palestinian citizens choked on teargas.
Israeli settlers escorted by the IOF on a regular basis carry out break-ins into Sebastia’s archaeological area.
